As this is a 'starter' plug every aspect of the design takes this into consideration The plug is hand made using grade 316 surgical stainless steel and polished to a mirror finish. It is a size that will fit most. 1/4" (6mm) gently increasing to 5/16" (8mm) The drop end prevents it from being over inserted. The are no difficult to clean holes or patterning. Having a shoulder keeps it in place, as best it can. It looks anonymous. The postal form will say it's a 'metal part'. It's as inexpensive as a hand crafted item can be. Being flat, it can be posted in a small plain padded envelope. It's hand crafted. It will take a few days and each one is slightly different. As with all sex toys you must be careful. If it hurts then stop doing it. This size should fit almost everybody and is been designed to be as safe as possible. Obviously you will need a lubricant and the best seems to be a thick water based one. It's also important to keep the plug clean and you should use a sex toy cleaning spray as well as washing it.
